I grew up around discipline. My father was a karate instructor, my mother was a ballet dancer, and movement was always part of my world.

When I started lifting, I thought the goal was to get smaller. I packed my meals, took the bus to the gym before I had a car, trained five or six days a week, and chased the kind of body I thought I was supposed to want.

I was disciplined. I was consistent. But I was still learning what strength actually meant.

Over time, life gave me harder things to carry than a barbell. Heartbreak. Starting over. Seasons that tested my health, my identity, and my ability to trust myself.

The gym became more than a place where I went to change my body, and became the place where I learned how to rebuild myself.

Before I became unbreakable, I thought strength was about changing my body.

Hey, I'm Tiana

Strength training taught me how to stay when things got hard. How to tolerate discomfort without immediately backing away. How to trust the process even when progress was slow.

It taught me that confidence is not something you wait to feel. It is something you build through repetition, knowledge, and experience.

What started as a pursuit of aesthetics became something much deeper.

I became stronger physically, but I also became more grounded, more independent, and more certain of who I was.

That is what becoming unbreakable means to me.

The transformation was bigger than anything I could see in the mirror.

After 30 years of training and coaching women, I have seen the same pattern over and over again: women are willing to work hard. They show up. They care. They are disciplined.

But they are also overwhelmed, second-guessing themselves, and surrounded by an industry that constantly tells them to do more, shrink more, and depend on someone else inside and outside the gym

I created Unbreakable Mind & Body because I want women to understand their bodies, know how to train them, trust their own decisions, and build strength they can carry with them into every area of their life.

The goal is to remove dependency, gain autonomy, and solidify confidence- to become the woman who knows what she's capable of and live like it.
